​If you are a first-time client interested in making an appointment, please TEXT with ALL of the following information. It is best to copy and paste the list below into a text message, keep the bolded parts, and fill it out like a form:

•  Your full name

• Dog's name, breed, age, size in pounds

• Frequency of professional grooming

  • ​​​​​How often does your dog get professionally groomed (every x-weeks/months)? If it's a puppy, is this their first time or have they been groomed before?

• Send 2-3 current photos of the dog

  • Take photos that show their entire body from various angles so I can see their size and coat length & condition.

• What service you are interested in

  • ​Full groom package, bath package, nail trim only, etc. Details on Services page.

• Any pertinent information regarding the dog's health and/or behavior 

  • ​Disclose anything I may need to know when grooming your dog such as pre-existing health conditions  (history of seizures, cardiac diseases, etc.), recent injuries/surgeries, skin allergies/sensitivities, excessive anxiety, aggressive behavior, etc.​

• Your availability/scheduling restrictions

  • ​Are you flexible on scheduling or have certain days of the week that work best for you? For baths & full grooms, you will need to drop off at your exact appointment time and be available for immediate pickup as soon as your dog is done so only schedule an appointment when you have no other time conflicts. For nail trims, it'll take only a few minutes so you can stay and wait.
